Our pricing is straightforward and transparent—no hidden fees, no surprises. Every job is quoted based on distance, timing, and service complexity so you know what to expect up front.

Base Rate: $80 per service

Includes:
Service to one address within 40 miles (round trip)
$0.70 per mile beyond 40 miles
Timely service and original Return of Service affidavit sent to you

Additional Address, Same Respondent – Same Day: $80 additional
fee unless addresses are within 20 miles of each other (round trip)

• Same Day / Rush Service: +$40 (Requested within 24 hours of receiving paperwork)
• Set Time of Service: +$40 (Specific date/time requests may be treated as rush)
• Service on Holidays: +$100 – Recognized holidays include: Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
• Evasive Respondent / Stakeout: +$100 minimum (1 hour)

• Multiple Services at Same Address: +$40 per extra person served (Example: husband & wife at same location)
• Printing: First 10 pages free, then $0.20 per additional page
• Filing Affidavits – Tulsa County: +$40 (by request only) Other Counties – rate discussed in advance
• Certified Mailing of Affidavits: $40 + USPS certified mail cost

Late Fees: $10 for every 30 days past due after 30 days
